How we will work together

Most AI training teaches people about tools. I draw on 20 years as an operations executive to understand your organisation: your workflows, your team, your existing tools, and your governance position.

Then I build and deliver a tailored program in which your team learns by doing — setting up AI the right way, prompting it effectively, and building automations for the work that actually slows them down.

The tools we work with are Claude Cowork, Perplexity, Google Workplace Studio, ChatGPT's Agent mode, or Microsoft Copilot. These are agentic AI tools: they connect to your systems, schedule tasks, and run workflows automatically. Your team will learn how to use them for their specific roles and use cases — not for hypothetical examples.

By the end of the program, your team will have:

  • A clear understanding of what their chosen tool can (and can't) do
  • Live automations they built themselves and are already using
  • The knowledge to identify new automations and build them independently
  • Confidence to use AI within your organisation's governance and ethical principles

The capability stays with your team.

Built for how your organisation works

Running a for-purpose organisation means your team is already stretched. Budget decisions carry weight. Every hour matters. And your work — your mission — is too important to be slowed down by processes that haven't changed in years.

AI is not the solution to everything. But for the repetitive, time-consuming tasks that pull your team away from impact-generating work — drafting, reporting, research, communications, data processing — it is a genuine lever. The organisations that build this capability now will have a structural advantage in the years ahead.

There is one more reason this matters specifically for your type of organisation: governance. Most for-purpose organisations have not formalised how their teams use AI. That creates real risk — data handling, confidentiality, reputational exposure — that a board or funder could reasonably ask about. Amplify addresses this as a built-in deliverable, not a bolt-on.

What your organisation gets back

The industry benchmark for business operations teams using AI is 3–5 hours saved per person per week. For a team of 15, that is 45–75 hours recovered every week — time that goes back to mission-critical work, not administration.

Beyond time: your team leaves the program with the confidence and skills to keep building. Every session builds capability your team owns. No retainer. No dependency.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is this a workshop or a training course?

Neither. Amplify is a hands-on program in which your team learns by building real automations for their real work. It is closer to mentoring and consulting than to a workshop. The difference: you walk out with something working, not just something learned.

What AI tools do you work with?

Claude Cowork, Perplexity, Google Workplace Studio, ChatGPT's Agent mode, or Microsoft Copilot. The tool is confirmed during discovery based on what your organisation already uses or wants to adopt. If you are not using any of these tools yet, we will discover together which suits best according to your current tools and use cases.

What if my team has no experience with AI?

That is the normal starting point. Session 1 covers AI basics: what it is, how LLMs work, what agentic AI means, before any hands-on work begins. No prior knowledge is required. If your team already have the basics, we adjust the content to start where everyone will start getting value.

What if my team has already done AI training?

Most have. But there is a difference between generic AI awareness training and a hands-on program built around your team's actual workflows and use cases. BCG found that structured, role-specific training produces regular AI users at nearly twice the rate of ad-hoc learning. Amplify starts from your work, not from a slide deck — which is why the capability sticks.

Do you set up automations for us?

Not in this program, which is about building your team's own capability. The point is that your team builds them, with guidance. If you want someone to build automations and hand them over, that is a different service (Amplify Build).

What about more complex automations?

More advanced workflow automation, tool integrations, and AI capabilities embedded in your existing software can be covered in Amplify Build, the natural next step after the entry program. We do not try to cover everything in three or four sessions.

What does the governance deliverable actually include?

A structured review of your current AI usage against Australia's NAIC AI6 guidance. You receive a one-page summary and a practical action plan. If you have no policy yet, I provide a starter framework. If you have one, I review it and flag potential gaps. Either way, governance principles are discussed in every session so your team understands what they mean in practice.

What standards do you work to?

NAIC AI6: Australia's Guidance for AI Adoption (October 2025), and NIST AI RMF (international standard, aligned with ISO/IEC 42001).

What does it cost?

Amplify Full starts at AUD $12,000 + GST for up to 15 participants. Additional groups (10 to 15 participants each) can be added at an additional fee. Amplify Lite is AUD $1,200 + GST for solopreneurs and AUD $3,600 + GST for teams of up to 10. Pricing is on every program card, no "contact us for a quote."

Where are you based? Do you deliver remotely?

Brisbane-based. Remote delivery across AU, SG, EU, and North America.
