Amplify your impact. Adopt AI with confidence.
Built on Australian and international AI governance and data safety standards. Delivered by an experienced operations leader with Harvard sustainability credentials.
The pattern is consistent across the sector.
Teams are experimenting with AI. Few are capturing the value, and fewer still have the governance to do so safely.
94%
of organisations experimenting with AI are not yet capturing measurable value from it (McKinsey, 2024).
Alisya replaces ad-hoc experimentation with embedded, governed workflows.
14%
of Australian not-for-profits have a documented AI policy.
Every Alisya engagement produces a board-ready governance framework as a program output.
My three commitments to you:
1. Governance By Design
Most AI training skips the governance question entirely. We don't. Only 14% of Australian organisations have an AI policy, which means most teams are already exposed to data breaches, compliance failures, and reputational damage without a clear line of accountability. Every Amplify program includes a review (or build) of your AI usage policy, aligned to the NAIC AI6 guidance from Australia's National AI Centre. Your people learn what it means in practice, woven through every session, not bolted on as a compliance checkbox.
2. Results, not Tools
Generic ChatGPT training doesn't move the needle. Building on 20 years of business operations experience, here's what I actually do:
- •Identify where AI will have the most impact in your specific business, before any training begins.
- •Optimise what you already have. We start with the tools you already use and pay for. If additional solutions are needed, I'll recommend what integrates cleanly with your existing setup. No forced migrations, no unnecessary costs.
- •Streamline or build your processes so they are simple and direct enough to be handled by AI with confidence.
- •Train your team on their actual use cases so they leave knowing how to apply AI to their work today, and how to keep building on it long after the program ends.
3. Built for your world
Running a for-purpose organisation means every decision carries more weight. Budget might be tight, the mission is non-negotiable, and your team is already doing more with less. I get it, because I've worked in this sector, not just consulted to it.
My Harvard certificates in Sustainability Management and Sustainable Food Systems reflect a genuine commitment to the same challenges you're working on every day. When we work together, you won't spend time explaining why your work matters or why a generic corporate AI playbook won't fit. That context is already built in.
Alisya works with B Corps, social enterprises, ACNC-registered charities, and environmental NGOs. The sector understanding is in the design, not added as an afterthought.

Who delivers it.
